   I somehow ordered these emblems by accident through Amazon. I planned on returning them until i received them in the mail. The new emblems made me realize just how faded and worn my 2009 emblems were. I decided to keep and install them on my car. Removal was pretty easy using a thin piece of nylon string. Some people use 20 lb fishing line. Put the string around your fingers then work it behind one corner of the old/existing emblem. Work the string back and fourth to help loosen the old adhesive behind the emblem. Do the same all around the emblem then pull it off. Same procedure for the front and rear emblems. Clean the old adhesive off of the car with googone or something similar, then clean the area. The new emblems come complete with 3m type adhesive backings and install in a snap. What an improvement…

   The hood emblem arrived on time and in new condition. It even came with a couple alcohol wipes for the prep of the area. Removing the old emblem was kind of a pain, but patience, gloves, a hairdryer, some goo gone, and floss eventually got it off. The new one went on extremely easily and looks great. I need to buy the rear emblem now because the front one is in so much better condition.
