Snappy 1-2 Shift Talk about a snappy shift, these will be very noticeable when put into a truck transmission. They decrease friction and steel wear, which keeps the heat down as there is not as much slippage. It came with all the needed seals and a snap ring so I am happy. This is the 1-2 piston, an upgrade can be had for 3-4 as well but I don’t see the need for how I use the vehicle.
Best Money I Ever Spent This highly exceeded my expectations. Installed in my 03 Silverado to get rid of that annoy drag/lunge from 1st-2nd gear. Not only did it get rid of that but it smoothed out the shifts from 2nd-3rd substantially as well.I don’t drag race, neither do I haul a 20ft camper, (an 8ft lawn trailer at best).
