Poor Packaging,
Bulbs are Delco bulbs however they are shipped without any protection. The bulbs are just loose inside the box so inevitably you will receive a least one broken one. They should put some filler (like in aspirin bottles) in the box to prevent breakage. Otherwise exactly as advertised.
