Made in China! The one that Amazon.com sells (as the seller) is made in China while I got two others from a different seller here which are made in Germany. You can tell the quality is far different from the look and feel of the material used for them. I doubt the one that Amazon.com sells is authentic.
Perfect on 2007 ML500 M113 Engine Perfect fit in 2007 ML500. Mine had NGK factory Benz labeled plugs in it that still looked good at 75K miles but they were rusty in spots on the outside. One was a bit tight on removal so I sprayed some PB blaster penetrating oil on it and came back to it last. Really a rather easy job on a ML500 with the M113 engine, 16 plugs (two per cylinder required) on this engine. Plugs are pre-gapped and I think changing them at 50K would be a good plan to keep them from rusting into the holes…
Porcelain broke after 4 days! I installed these in my 2002 Ford Ranger XLT 4.0LI was so pleased with the performance, my truck was zipping around with power I’ve never felt before.After 4 days without issue, I started up the truck to go to work one morning and it ran like absolute garbage. Anything below 1k RPM shook the truck like a massage chair. Clearly one or more of my plugs were not firing.I checked the plug wire connections and made sure everything was seated properly.
