Features an accurate magnetic pick-up, oversized shaft, vacuum advance, billet aluminum housing, sealed ball bearing, and 0.500″ steel shaft. Also features an adjustable mechanical advance assembly which allows you to get the most performance out of your Corvette’s powertrain. This distributor is small enough to allow for the stock Chrome Shielding to be fitted over the distributor for that factory look.

Poor quality, circuit board construction inadequate, part will not last. First distributor failed after 60-70 miles, car just quit running, the second lasted a little longer, 100 or so miles. The mfgr exchanged the distributor the first time, but this time I couldn’t wait and wanted to see why it failed. I took the unit apart and found a defective circuit board with 1 resistor broke off, laying loose in the bottom of the unit and 1 burned still partly attached to the board.
