Some custom programming was needed. CSR and Instructions are poor, but product is great! After connecting the yellow/green wire to pin 4 as shown on the instructional diagram the SWC worked properly but this was after The installation instructions are incorrect. It specifies connecting the yellow/green wire to pin 14 of the connector pictured below the instruction. After installing the unit as instructed it did not work. Erratic button issues? Read this review for pointers……or not, mine still not working right. Was a bit confusing. It wanted me to attach it to a blue wire with a red strip….. Well….. Obviously Ford likes blue wires with red stripes as there was 3 behind the radio.
