Bi-Xenon buyers! I got the Bi-Xenon 6000k and they are bright!! The only downside is that only one side works. I looked and all the wires are still firmly connected. Contacted seller… hopefully this can be resolved with an exchange. Have been buying their products for a while and they have always been good. Maybe this was a lemon? Great Company but get an AC Canbus HID KIT. First I’d like to say that Opt7’s customer service is top notch. They tried to remedy my issues with this HID Kit but was unable to do so without replacing the ballasts or bulbs, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy any of their other AC Kits with a Canbus system on it… but I’ve had 2 opt7 DC Kits with no canbus and the Bulbs either flickered badly or over time the ballast became bad.This kit just had issues with flickering on my 2012 Toyota Prius III. The company sent me some capacitors…
Not what I was hoping for The kit seemed well put together and easy to install. However, the hi/low kit has a fault, or mine is defective, in that the high beams do not operate. The light output is no better than my turn signal output and the light is amber for hi, and blue HID for low. The low light HID work excellent but put out so much radio interference that I removed them and went back to my halogens.
