Fits 3rd Gen Camaro/Firebird 82-92 with standard rubber mount. Installed this in my 91 Trans Am. 5.7 with 700R4 transmission. Works just fine, you may notice a little more engine/transmission noise since it is more solid than a stock rubber mount. Installed this at the same time as an ES Poly Torque arm mount.I took off 1 star because I had to enlarge the slot slightly (widen) in the transmission crossmember. The included stud is a hair to wide to fit through. Nothing 10 seconds with a grinder or dremel wheel can’t take care of.
Does the job, and well. Purchased this unit for 99 Trans Am with the LS1 engine because I didnt want to spend that much on an OEM mount, it is aldo a bit dificult to locate a proper mount for these cars outside of the dealer. A side note for those looking, you can purchase a 93-97 LT1 rubber mounts from your local parts store and bolt it up to your LS1 powered car. Now back to the Poly mount. It installs in a few minutes and comes with the hardware you need to do so. You will notice a bit more driveline vibrations in…
