Specifically the combination of extreme durability, flexibility, light weight, and rigidity that all come together to allow the flaps to extend out from the fender’s edge enough to be effective. That allow them to hold their shape at speed and block the most damaging kind of tire spray. That allow them to bend, flex, give, and even scrape and drag without breakage, that allow these things to happen in the harshest environments of extreme heat to extreme cold.

This RokBlokz Mud Flap/Fender Extension with V3 Trailing Arm Guards set for the Can Am Maverick X3, X DS, X RS, comes with 4 Flaps/Fender Extensions (for the FRONT & REAR), PLUS 2 Trailing Arm Guards, stainless steel and rust resistant mounting hardware, and mounting instructions. - Large Front and Rear Mud Flaps – Fender Extension design provides driver and passengers with excellent protection from wheel spray off the front and rear wheels without taking away from the aggressive styling of your Can-Am Maverick X3. Especially up front where the majority of mud, sand, and rocks entering the cabin comes from.
- Lightweight and extremely durable, designed to survive the harshest environments from the extreme heat to the extreme cold.Won’t crack or warp from temperature extremes. Flexible but with a semi-rigid characteristic that allows them to retain their shape at speed and effectively block tire spray (we’re not into flappy mud flaps). RokBlokz mud flaps can bend, flex, give, scrape, and drag without breakage.
- The lower portion of the front mud flap is removable for reduced chances of pinching in extreme rock-crawling situations while still providing excellent wheel spray protection.
Great quality, price and easy install, but could be wider. At first glance it doesnât seem like it works but follow the instructions and youâll see how the simplistic design will work. I chose to use the front extension pieces to assist on the spray issues Iâm having. Professionally designed I am an engineer by trade and really appreciate quality design. Great job. I would highly recommend your product for the X3. The instructions could be a little better but as long as you lay out the pics that come with the kit in the proper orientation on the machine you will do fine. I enthusiastically give this product a thumbs up for design, quality and appearance. Impressed and wish you continued success.
