Show n Go license plate transport is an innovative new product that is valued by enthusiasts who take pride in the fundamental clean lines of their automobile. The Show n Go eliminates the standard OEM front license plate mount that often looks like a design after thought, and replaces it with a mount that both displays the plate in a more attractive position, and allow the plate to be retracted and stowed out of site with a simple one hand motion for an off road show – no tools or adjustments are required. The transport mechanism incorporates a stainless steel torsion spring that both retains the mount in the stored position and also causes it to flip up into the display position when it is manually pulled out.
Stil visible when stowed,
The metal bracket sticks out from under the bumper about an inch on my 2007 Mustang. It defeats the purpose of a retractable plate when the bracket still sticks out. When adjusted to be more hidden, the plate won’t stay up.

Great solution to stupid problem,
Received the package quickly, installed in minutes. I haven’t had to take it off yet, but it doesn’t look like that will be a problem. No holes in my front bumper! The unit installs exactly as the instructions say, which were clear and concise. Thanks much!

Issue at highway speeds,
When I received this product it was well packaged, with clear installation instructions and all the necessary hardware. it worked exactly the way it was supposed to.
However, on my first highway trip, the plate flipped down and ripped off of the bracket, shooting under my car and getting crunched under my tires. To be fair, it was a windy day, and I was on a 70 MPH limit roadway.
Nonetheless, I lost not only the product itself, but also my brand new vanity plate which cost $100 to replace.
I have notified the manufacturer, who got back to me quickly, and we are having a conversation about the situation, although no resolution has been reached to date.
**update** So, the manufacturer refuses to back their product unless you can send in pictures and physical pieces of the product to prove that it failed. Apparently a receipt from buying the replacement plate is insufficient.
Well guess what? I’m going to call it a $60 life lesson, throw a complaint into the BBB, and broadcast my opinion of this product and company on every social media channel I inhabit. I’ll bet they lose enough sales to make me feel better about the money I seem to have donated to their R&D program.
So to recap, good packaging, easy to install, works fine until you get on an interstate, then fails catastrophically.
Customer service responsive, but ultimately not helpful.
