The SYLVANIA SilverStar High Performance Halogen Headlight delivers a brighter and whiter light. SYLVANIA achieves this using a specially design filament, propriety gas mixture as well as a lamp coating that shifts the color temperature towards a whiter light. The combination of downroad, sideroad, and white light produced helps the driver achieve more clarity during night time driving. More clarity can improve contrast and object visibility such as street signs and road hazards.

HID look without HID conversion… I recently ventured down the well-lit but sketchy path of LED headlight conversions on my son’s 2015 Toyota RAV4 LE. As much as I wanted it to work out, it simply did not, and after just four days one of the lights failed and the high beams would flicker in DRL mode and were too bright to safely use as DRLs. I was working with the seller on the high beam flicker/DRL issue, but there’s no working with a light that fails after only four days. These are in my teenage son’s car. The last thing…
Not as Bright as Silversar Ultra Not as Bright as Silversar Ultra, Called the manufacturer they stated the difference is Silverstar zXe is for looks as the light color temperature is only 4100 compare to Ultra 4000 not worth it the difference in price, also most down road is the ultra not the zXe so if you want a great driving lighting that will be the Silversar Ultra
but these are by far the best bang for the buck for increased light output Cant speak to the longevity issue that others have reported, but these are by far the best bang for the buck for increased light output. No housing mods for LED replacement, and no messing around with finicky HID starter boxes or having to mount them and use resistors in come cases or the warm up time associated with them. I’ve been down that road with many aftermarket HID company’s products, and despite the light output being better, its just not worth the hassle.Really helped out…
