This is the new GM fitment design that has the twist and lock cap WITH the TWO locking LUGS on the bottom as opposed to the single locking lug found on all previous GM V8 caps (and which is still used on dry sump engines). Compatible with 2016 through 2019 Chevy Camaro SS. Compatible with 2014 through 2019 Chevy Corvette C7 Stingray with Wet Sump LT1 engine. Will NOT fit 1LE. Will NOT fit LT4 or any dry sump engines. VMS RACING Brand Billet Aluminum Oil Cap is made of High-Quality Aircraft T6061 Billet Aluminum and then meticulously Hard Anodized for a Long-Lasting Finish. The Oil Cap also includes a High Quality VITTON Rubber Gasket to prevent Leakage. Note: Please note that Emblem is NOT pre-installed on the oil cap. The reason for this is because Oil Cap needs to be installed FIRST. After the oil cap is completely locked into position, the emblem is installed so that it is centered and aligned with the front view of the vehicle.
