    The product is solid and built like a tank. I purchased it for my 2007 Kawasaki Ninja. Installation fit fine. It only worked in High Beam. It is dimly lit on low beam. I have never returned anything purchased from Amazon. I contacted the seller with the issue. I am a 50yr old adult. I don’t play games. The seller asked me for more details. I respectfully replied back to them with the make, model, year, etc. They then sent me yet another email wanting a video of the issue. Really? A video? I had since replaced the bulb with one that works and replaced the headlight and body fairings on my bike. I wasn’t about to take everything apart again to send a video.
    I asked the seller to disregard the simple request to return this product. Not worth the trouble. Be prepared to deal with a 3rd Party Amazon Reseller with an Amazon-like name, “Amazinea”. You are not dealing with Amazon direct. Beware of Customer Service games! I absolutely would NOT recommend this product.

    Amazing light. Exceeded my expectations. Works great as a headlight for my Harley Davidson. Much cleaner light than stock and is amazing to drive by. White light that shows more detail than any light I have ever had in a vehicle. My next plan is to do my truck lights.

    For the price it was more than I expected. Bought it for my sportster and looks way better than the stock headlight bulb. My bike is all black so the bright white makes a good contrast.
