Replacement Headlight Switch & Knob The switch works but the instrument lighting dimming resistor is only about 2 ohms.The old one was about 4 ohms which makes a difference in how much the lamps can be dimmed.It would be nice if the dimming resistor value were listed in the description.I really like the knob! Maybe sell that separately?
Good value part and looks great in custom applications Plug and play replacement for my car. The pull is really nice and hase a set screw to hold it tight. It does have a dash light dimmer function and I think it has a dome light function (but I do not have one) The button to replace the rod to the button is a little difficult to release, but I donât expect to have to remove it often.
Could be better quality Just okay. These switches work but the quality control is, meh.Once its in the dash the push pull button does not want to grab the catch inside until you bend the switch a little from behind. I wish someone would make top quality switches for project cars.
