  1. Much better than the first one I purchased elsewhere. I tried one of the 12 dollar ones from that big auction site and what a mistake that was. Actually, 3 of 5 parts I purchased new on that site either didn’t fit or were defective. I have a 1990 Chevy K2500 with a 350 EFI engine and this was a perfect fit. However, another reviewer stated to follow the directions carefully and ensure that you set the plunger length correctly. No can do with what I received because there weren’t any instructions. My auto book said to make sure it’s not more than…

  2. Edited, Most likely was a good part The IAC was most likely good! I returned it and got a TPS with another IAC and it was the TPS the whole time i guess. I thought it was the IAC because the only problem was very high idle(2,000-2,500) after restart, and I had checked the TPS with a volt meter and everything was smooth.I have read though that if the pintle is in the out position and then screw the IAC in and force the pintle into the IAC, that it will brake! Not sure but wanted to put that out there

  3. Works for Range Rover classics as well Worked as designed… my application was for a Range Rover classic… they used same IAC as this but rover name makes em 400%,more money, this GM style is the same and works fine. I always recommend giving it a shot of dry lube or wd-40 when installing (on pintle shaft/spring to help with shedding contaminants which eventually hinder full travel. Same thing with servicing them after many miles.
