After leaving this on my car all winter, it … After leaving this on my car all winter, it didn’t keep the battery charged. I thought it may have been my hook up but I asked a shop to show me how to connect and it wouldn’t work for them either. I’m hoping for a response here to try to replace this item as link to return is no longer active.

Unpackaged new product for the first time and unit sends no current of any type through leads (it does have power at the plug). Attempted to contact/get reply from manufacturer and NO RESPONSE AT ALL. What a POS unit and disgraceful customer service.
