Completely silent, even light distribution I’ve used aftermarket HID kits for years, and a year ago switched to LEDs. Very good white light, but could be better fitting. I bought both the 9003 and the 9006 for my 2005 Toyota Tundra. These are excellent bulbs, but there’s a few things I didn’t find covered in other reviews. First, the high/low 9003. No one really explained this, so I will. The bulbs are removable from the locking plates. You install the plates into your headlights, then slide you dust covers on the bulb, then they push in and turn to lock into the locking plate adapters you previously put into your housing.
