Grand Sport License plate Frame I purchased as a gift. The plate appears to be a GM licensed Chrome&Wide new Corvette plate frame. It contains 2 screw covers and 2 washers. It does not have screws. Instructions are Position Washer Then insert screw. Hold in place with screwdriver. Tighten bolt on backside with Wrench. Line up screw cover over Cap holder. Push down until it snaps on securely. The plastic cup washers included, which are necessary for attaching the screw caps, are too small to fit the screw heads on the stock license plate screws, at least those license plate screws included with a 2012 Corvette.
