Does not stop small drizzly rain. I bought a cover because the pollen is so bad this year that when you wash your car, 2 hours later it is already covered again. Once the pollen is there over night, the morning dew causes bad spot with the pollen. So I got the cover yesterday. I washed the car to get all the latest off. Blow dryed the car and put the cover on for the first night. I go out this morning and see it rained overnight. I think, Fortuitous I got the cover yesterday. NOT!!! Updated review: No longer “Amazing for the price!” Update: I purchased 2 of these several months apart. The first one lasted a year and a half, the second lasted 10 months. Both are shredded. I took the photos today – after we had some rain so they’re wet and plastered to the cars, however, they shredded about 3 weeks ago on a sunny day when we had a breeze. Not high winds, just a breeze. As others have noted, no response from the warranty folks. Aside from them totally falling apart, the size indicated that both my 1965 mustang and my 1993…
