Really makes a difference. Bought this mainly to delete the AFM/DOD function and add a little hp on my 2012 Sierra. After installing the “Diablo Tune” I noticed a huge difference in how the truck performed. The acceleration, shift points, rev range, throttle response, and even the mpg all improved significantly. I would definitely recommend this tuner.
Like the DiabloSport Like the DiabloSport, its smaller than the old version, has more capability. My only minor dislike is that EVERY time you plug it in to the home computer there is an update- Not daily but easily a couple times a week. Its ok that they are updating the software but unless it was a critical update you would think they would compile the updates and push them say bi-weekly. Otherwise this in tune would be a 5 star.
I wish I would have ordered this sooner This programmer is awesome I didn’t buy it to increase my fuel mileage I don’t care about fuel mileage whatsoever. I installed it on a 2015 GMC Sierra SLT 6.2 L 8-speed. I chose the Diablo tune, turned off the AFM/DOD, disabled the Speed limiter, and set the transmission shift points to firm. I could immediately notice a difference in power and drivability. And the amazing thing is my average fuel mileage has already gone up 6 miles per gallon and I’ve only put a hundred miles on it so far and…
