Looks good to me Used this on the door handle I had to replace. I’m certainly no expert but this clear coat went on without any drips or runs. Just be sure to apply in THIN coats and allow to dry in between coats.
Little shine and droplets from the junk nozzle. Poor product. Went thru a lot of prep on my hood, I used the Dupli-Color EBUN01007 Universal Gloss Black and things were looking pretty good for a novice like myself (when it comes to automotive painting) I waited the 30min after my last coat of paint and attempted to apply this clear. What a terrible clear coat and total disappointment. There was little shine and droplets from the junk nozzle left a very poor finish. Now I’ll have to sand this back down and start over. Professional quality result! I purchased this clear coat along with spray paint to paint a replacement side mirror that my 16 year old said the garage knocked off. I primed, sprayed and then clear coated mirror following directions to the word. After applying 4 coats of this stuff and allowing it to completely dry, I wet sanded with 1000 then 1500 then 2000 then 2500 grit papers. I then polished.
