Used in place of PF47 oem filter Using this in place of my Ac Delco PF47 sized oem filter on a GM 3.1L v6, this is a PF52 sized cross reference, the same size gasket and can diameter but longer filter with more media and higher capacity. Great Filter and it works well Fram brand oil filter’s I have used a long time and do recommend the use of these oil filters. No rust any where on the filter inside or outside. I bought this filter to have on hand so when my truck ready for an oil change I would have it on hand and don’t for see having any issues with this filter.
