NOT ” Red Engraved” as stated in the description The frame title is misleading. This frame plate is not red engraved at all. The Sting Ray symbol is the ONLY engraving on this frame. Purchased as a gift extremely disappointed. I wish I had taken the time to read all of the reviews before purchasing. Doesn’t appear to have any affiliation with GM whatsoever.
Very happy with this frame design Very happy with this frame design. I live in Florida so the whole “Florida” word is at the top of the plate and is not covered at all. The width of the bottom “STINGRAY” piece just covers up a little of my lower plate design. The Stingray name and logo will not come off – it is made really well. I especially like that it doesn’t rest against my car body and risk scratching the paint. The black caps cover the screw heads and are solidly on/will not fall off. A very well-made…
the screw covers are great too. I should also mention the tag doesn’t … Very high quality. Really have nothing negative to say. the fish is milled out of the metal and the black is sort of anodized so there are no paint imperfections. the stingray writing is also done very well. the screw covers are great too. I should also mention the tag doesn’t cover any writing in Florida tags (or registration sticker) so there shouldn’t be any issues with law enforcement
