So far so good on C5Z I didnât want to pay double this price for a car cover that, in my experience, will inevitably just crap out in a few years anyway. If youâve got to buy a new one every few years why bother overpaying? This fits very well on my C5 fixed roof coupe. Iâm unable to keep it in the garage due to some other projects. My neighborâs trees drop crap all over my cars and I get sick of having to clean it out of my cowls, so I wanted a good all-weather cover. You can see in my pictures the stuff already…
Lightweight and a good price I like this cover. It fits well and the elastic on both ends hold it tight on my car. It has a security/high wind cable that goes under the car too.It does leak some rain where the water puddles up at the base of the windshield and the rear spoiler. I spray those areas with waterproofing spray for tents and it works for a while. Slight buffing of the paint on the high spots of the fenders over a period of time. I put blankets over those areas before I put the cover on to prevent this.
Cover bought for 2001 C5 Corvette Of all the covers I’ve purchased in the past few years, this cover fits the best. Even on a windy day it’s really easy to put on without too much trouble.Attached are a few pics I took of it the first time I used it.
