Great light! Definitely worth the money. TestingI purchased these lights to add to the rear of my truck, a 2013 F350. After reading reviews that these units allow water to infiltrate the unit I decided to test them before installation. As you can see in the photos, the lights were completely submerged in a bucket of water for about an hour to see if any moisture would get into the housing. After removing the unit from the water it was dried using compressed air. I then disassembled the light and found no water in the housing…
Easy to do These are phenomenal! Highly reccomend them. I would advise that you use clear silicone around the lense to prevent moisture from getting in. Easy to do.
My favorite lamps. Originally purchased these lights to mount on my 5th wheel for boondocking in the woods. But after trying it out and realizing just how super bright they are I have had to change my plans for the layout. What normally would take 2 or 3 lamps can be accomplished with just 1. It is just that powerful. Connection is easy to make. The wires leaving the lamps are a little shorter than I had hoped which means that the splice is easily shown.
