10MM Ultra High Performance Wire Set for the LS1, LS2, LS3, LS6, & LS7 engine. Due to the short design of the the LSX style engines there is alot of heat near the plugs causing premature wire failure which costs you power. This wire set eliminates all of those concerns. The set starts with 10mm double pure silicone insulation braided for added pull strength and a Ferro spiral conductor with an ultra low resistance impregnated core with less than 30ohms per foot. Over the 10mm wire is a Titanium wrap for added heat protection. With less resistance (stock wires have over 600 ohms) and added heat protection this wire set will help you get the maximum performance from your ignition system. Made here in the USA! TBSS LS2.. Yes sir!!!! THESE ARE PERFECT!I just did the Kook’s header/y-pipe upgrade to my Trailblazer SS. The biggest problem people have with these trucks and the LS2 engine setup is that wires get hot and get melted all the time. We’re out buying heat socks and all kinds of crap. These solve it all. A great product that works and looks good. I highly recommend these if you do any modification to your LS exhaust these work perfectly on my 2010 Camaro with a turbo upgrade. I had to tie the factory wires up off the new headers to keep them from being burned. after replacing the factory wires with these they laid perfectly away fromthe headers and also look great. I would recommend these to anyone that might have an issue with wires laying on the exhaust.
Minor flaw but overall good One of the plug wires was not cinched and I had to squeeze with pliers to make it hold to the plug. Hopefully it holds up under load. Otherwise they seem to be good quality and are working. There are alternatives available for half the price. The feature that drew me to these was the heat shielding on the outside.
