Breaks and scratches your car! I bought this because we had just got a brand new black Jaguar and I know how dust is attracted to black…So the first time I finally use it , the handle snaps and separates from the duster and the metal part I’m holding continues down and proceeds to scratch our new car…lol…Thanks a lot!!! Doesn’t really work I wanted to like this duster but it just doesn’t do the job. I’ve had several California dusters and they worked great but are a bit expensive. Thought I would try this duster because it’s about half the price. I guess you get what you pay for. This duster just moves the dust and pollen around, it doesn’t remove it like the California duster. I’ve even tried putting a fine mist of detailer on it before using it but it only lasts for a short while. Plus, this duster seems to want to snag on…
Broke on the first use while dusting my car It has a metal handle that loosely inserts in to a plastic “fitting”. While using this for the first time, a couple of times I had to rotate the head due to the fit. Then,while removing light dust off the hood of my car, it broke where the metal shaft meets the plastic insert.Money wasted. Spend the extra few bucks and get the original California Car Duster.
