I did a great deal of research on this item and chose this … I installed this on a 2015 Everglades 230cc to charge my 2 Optima blue tops on separate banks. One starting battery on a bank and one deep cycle battery on a separate bank. You will read others trying to charge 4 or more batteries with this item calling a “bank” more than one battery wired in series or parallel, which is a traditional definition of a “battery bank”. Highly satisfied – brought a deep cycle battery back to life I bought this to replace an old “World’s Foremost Outfitter” store brand charger that went kaput and managed to pull my two month old deep cycle battery down to 4 volts. Support not supporting. I connected this item up to two batteries and charging led for bank #1 flashed between green and red. I have found nothing in the troubleshooting guide to indicate the problem. I called NOCO and after a wait they said someone would be calling me back. After a while no call so I filled out their form for reporting problems. Their response was the same as on the phone. “An agent will be calling you shortly.” Haven’t heard anything yet.
