  1. Highly satisfied – brought a deep cycle battery back to life I bought this to replace an old “World’s Foremost Outfitter” store brand charger that went kaput and managed to pull my two month old deep cycle battery down to 4 volts. I was concerned the battery was toast. I shopped for a decent two bank charger that would condition batteries to help with sulfation, and landed on this one. Based on cost and reviews I went for it.The deep cycle battery was too dead for this charger to initially detect it, so I had to hook it up to a…

  2. Ruined 4 brand new batteries This is the worst experience I have ever had with a battery charger. I had 4 brand new deep cell premium boat 1000 CA batteries. I decided that if I was going spend that much money on new batteries I should get a new “smart” battery charger. My old chargers had worked for 10 for years through 2 sets of batteries, with never a problem, but I decided it was time to upgrade to the new latest and greatest. I am an idiot for deciding that. I bought and installed the 4 battery model. Installing…

  3. Support not supporting. I connected this item up to two batteries and charging led for bank #1 flashed between green and red. I have found nothing in the troubleshooting guide to indicate the problem. I called NOCO and after a wait they said someone would be calling me back. After a while no call so I filled out their form for reporting problems. Their response was the same as on the phone. “An agent will be calling you shortly.” Haven’t heard anything yet.
