Ruined 4 brand new batteries This is the worst experience I have ever had with a battery charger. I had 4 brand new deep cell premium boat 1000 CA batteries. Support not supporting. I connected this item up to two batteries and charging led for bank #1 flashed between green and red. I have found nothing in the troubleshooting guide to indicate the problem. I called NOCO and after a wait they said someone would be calling me back. After a while no call so I filled out their form for reporting problems. Their response was the same as on the phone. “An agent will be calling you shortly.” Haven’t heard anything yet.
