   Just installed it and it shined pretty yellow and bright. Report back in a few months on longevity and quality.

   November 2, 2010 – The bulbs still working fine. Outlasted the previous bulbs I had in there thus far. The yellow is not as intense as I would like it, but it never boasted to be “JDM” yellow.

   January 22, 2013 – It’s now been over two years. This bulb has been working fine with no issues. I would recommend this to others. As I will be buying a new set for another car.

   I just installed these on my 2008 Subaru Impreza as fog lights. The first impression was great, they are quite bright, not blinding but yet more than adequate. I wanted the yellow fog light look and was considering Hella’s Xenon yellow bulbs however, I could not find them. The other option was to do a yellow tinted vinyl overlay, which I really didn’t want to do as it reduces light output and becomes purely cosmetic. I’m very glad I decided to go with these bulbs, they defintiely look yellow, not just a tint. I also installed the Hella Xenon Blue bulbs (these are more a pure white, but when contrasted with the yellow have a subtle bluish hue to them) for my low and high beams, together the set looks great.

   In response to the 1 star review posted on here about bulbs burning out within a few hours….

   Any bulb will burn out if you touch it during installation, with these, and with any bulb, DO NOT TOUCH!!!

   I installed these bulbs into the fog lamps on my Ram truck. Makes the truck seem so cool with a different bulb. And it adds a bit of nostalga as fog lamps in the 70s were amber. Love the effect driving in the rain or at night.
