  1. A good battery, BUT dealing with the warranty takes patience. I like the dual terminal feature, but…mine failed after 23 months, well within the warranty period. I did all the Optima recommended recharge procedures but it would not take sufficient charge to start (or even turn) my 1984 Ramcharger. Dreadful customer support 17 months into owning this battery and it won’t charge over 6 volts.Update #1: Contacted Amazon customer support about the issue, as the product page indicated I should do. They directed me to Optima customer support. Optima RedTop batteries are hit or miss nowadays, but Amazon will take care of you if you have a problem Purchased in April 2016 for my ’97 Mitsubishi 3000gt VR4, battery worked great for about 14 months. Then it would no longer hold enough of a charge to start and would not take a charge. Amazon’s product page says to contact Amazon for warranty issues, so I did just that. Customer service rep was very quick to offer a refund or replacement.
