Nice product. Bad customer service. This console piece really exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. The hydrocarbon finish was done really well and it’s nearly flawless. It really made a huge differences with the appearance of the interior – MUCH better than the stock grey.Installation was a little more tricky than I thought it would be. Total time was about 1.5 hours. The real problem came when it was time to remove the cigarette lighter socket that sits in the center console storage compartment. Apparently…

I am not at all mechanically inclined and this was easy for me after watching a video posted on You-Tube showing the removal and replacement of the trim piece. Product is exactly as described and carbon fiber pattern looks super.
