The epoxy-coated Bowtie Emblem is centrally located for maximum visibility. The wire holders are opened and closed individually with a patented nylon wedge to permit the chrome tops to have a smooth surface free of screw holes.Manufactured under U.S. design patents 298,798;284,262;311,487. 1 pair per package. I was not impressed. I would have probably kept … I was not impressed. I would have probably kept them but the plastic was broken. Yes, plastic.. did not expect any plastic.. The main part is chrome plated steel. There are black plastic parts attached with small screws that are under the metal ‘caps’ that slide together to lock the wires in place. The one I received had a smashed plastic part so it could not be assembled. I did not expect any plastic and thought they would be aluminum not steel. The edges are rough.
