Love Hate relationship These plugs make a difference, they give more power at lower RPM’s for sure, helps pull off the line. better gas millage. I have ran these in 2 different vehicles one with a turbo 4 cylinder and a small V8. I love the plug once you use them and go back to stock you miss them right away.The problem is they only last 20-30k miles and I only got about 19k on my last set of 8 before the left bank of 4 went out, I found hairline cracks on the white part of the insulator and had to limp home…
Pure unequivocal junk!!! Pure unequivocal junk!!! Car missfired and threw numerous missfire codes on all cylinders!! This was on VW/Audi 2.0T FSI engine code BPY. Also tried these on 1994 and 2003 Mazda Miata 1.8/1.8 VVT. Same results as above. The ground strap was to long and made of soft metal that deforms easily and degrades easily also. … exactly 5 miles and my car started to run like crap had to get my car towed to the … I installed these plugs in a 2011 chevy cruze at my shop drove exactly 5 miles and my car started to run like crap had to get my car towed to the house pulled the plugs out and apone inspection found out two of the four brand new plug had crapped out on me the cover on the electrode tower had come loose and would fall over the electrode causing it to not fire…..in another words they are junk waste of money.
