Excellent switch! Huge time saver. Clean Install Buy this switch if you care about the final look of your installations. Simplifies the installation of 6 devices. Iâm specifically using this for lighting but could be most any accessories. Although I highly recommend this product there are two important reasons I did not give it 5 stars; 1: there is zero water proofing gasketry used on the controller and I will take a air can to it frequently to be certain dust doesnât build up. 2: this is not a remote powered system. Great product!! Ok first off, yes it dose turn on lights without the vehicle being on or the key to an accessory position. It clearly states in the directions to start the vehicle to activate the system. Afterwards as the vehicle has been started it will operate normally.Very well made product, very easy to install. I will suggest mounting it in a location that wonât get submerged under water.Overall very happy with my purchase. ðð¼
