Nice Set of Plastic Retainers I have a 2005 Dodge Durango and I have been doing some work on it. I needed to get some good plastic fasteners that would fit where I was pulling old ones out. I did find a few missing ones as well and this set came in handy. In the pictures I have four of the old one’s that I pulled from the radiator/fan shroud. Awesome Kit I do a TON of auto repair and this kit has been used a lot. I tried buying specific clips here and there, but I never had the correct ones. First, I went back and replaced every damaged, broken, reused clips from all of my past repair jobs.When I start to run low on clips, Iâll either buy another kit or buy a bag of the clips Iâm low on to replenish this kit. If you do any home auto repair, this is a must have kit.
You get what you pay for…probably good enough for most people. Good selection of fasteners. They don’t seem real durable though. I put a few in and needed to shift some things, so I took out my push pin pliers to remove some of them and the heads snapped off. I don’t have this trouble with GM fasteners, so I guess the plastic is just too brittle.If you do get things lined up right and don’t plan on removing them without having a replacement handy, they work well though. They are sized correctly and fit nice and tight.
