Color too blue in spots, better than halogens, but not as bright as other kits. I received this DC 35w 4300k kit today, to replace my old kit that had a bulb fail to light every time after 19 months and about 45,000 miles. The old kit was an AC 55w kit from headlightexperts.com for $70, and I was happy with the brightness, but wanted a lower, more natural color temperature this time.This $35 kit is DC 35w and 4300k, by the specs. Not bright, inaccurate color I bought this before researching, regrettably. I ordered the 35w DC 4300k kit, and it was a terrible blue color (I’d say a realistic 8000k), and not bright at all. Worse than a $10 halogen bulb. Contacted the seller, explained that I wanted a pure white. They offered to send me 5000k. I explained that didn’t make sense, as that should be more towards blue than 4300k, but whatever they have to do to give me the color I ordered, go for it. Sure enough, they were even more blue than the 4300k…
2015 chevrolet silverado So far so good..installed them in my 2015 silverado , 10k nice blue-ish color .remember to buy anti flicker so they wont flicker and the relay harness so you wont have issues with the DRL (daytime running lights)
