Poor manufacture support – but came through in the end After I wrote the review below and gave them a 1 star rating, I called again and was able to get through to someone who oversees the Amazon orders for Yukon Gear. He apologized for what had happened and said that some gear sets had been boxed incorrectly and they thought they had got them all pulled from the shelves but obviously one had slipped through. He made the exchange directly shipping me the new one and sending a RA to return the incorrect one. I had to send pictures of the box labels…
Received a previously installed set of gears. Quiet once installed, though. I waited nearly a year to install, so I’m outside of a reasonable return window, but I’m still unhappy about receiving a previously installed set of gears for my truck.
