Made in USA with colored glass, no flaking NA, natural amber is colored glass. The 3157A has that cheap coating that flakes off. I purchased 2 sets of these from amazon.com and both were made in USA. The bulb that came with my Corolla lasted 13 years and they are all Sylvania. Unfortunately Toyota went cheap and got the 3157A which flaked off, but they were both still working when I replaced them. Burned out and useless after three weeks. Burned out less than three weeks after installing and cannot be returned or replaced. Do not get. Not worth the fact that they burned out and will not be replaced due to Amazon policy. Replaced both left and right brake lights after one side burned out and now both sides are burned out even thought these “long life” bulbs should have lasted a long time.
